PhysioYoga Fundamentals (101)

The PhysioYoga Fundamentals class will walk you through the 3 phases of PhysioYoga, utilizing the Physio Stick ™ and a yoga block to provide additional stability, feedback and resistance. Whether you are new or experienced, old or young, PhysioYoga will leave you feeling taller, stronger and restored like never before.

 

Infrared Physio Flow (Heated PhysioYoga)

Love PhysioYoga but want to turn up the heat? Try our Infrared Physio Flow to combine all of the benefits of infrared light therapy with our PhysioYoga 3-Step process. This class is similar to the fundamentals class but will have a little extra movement and an infrared temperature set to 100-105 degrees and a humidity level of 40-50%.

 

Release & Recovery (non heated)

The first phase of PhysioYoga is the Release phase, which focuses on using the revolutionary PhysioStick to perform myofascial releases on different areas through out the body.

 

Infrared Total Body phat burn

Total body fat burn workout using the Physio Stick™ and an infrared temperature turned up to 100-105 degrees. Get ready to sweat and engage your core! 


Physio pilates (infrared and non-heated)

The PhysioYoga spin on a traditional pilates class, specifically focused on injury prevention, building core strength, improving posture, stress and back pain relief, body awareness and more. We have a heated and non-heated version of the class!

Traditional Classes

Vinyasa Flow

Bring your traditional practice to PhysioYoga with our vinyasa flow, taught by one of our certified yoga instructors. Each instructor will bring their own creative minds to the table, feel free to head to the Team page to learn more about them!

 

Infrared Vinyasa Flow

Our infrared vinyasa flow is pretty straight forward. Traditional vinyasa at 105-110 degrees with our infrared panels and 40-50% humidity. Get ready to sweat, and don’t forget your water!

 

Hatha yoga

A timeless practice, adapted from traditional Hatha Yoga poses, utilizing asana, pranayama and meditation in motion, to foster inner focus, physical healing, strength & flexibility while fostering deeper levels of mental concentration. Perfect practice to strengthen & balance body, mind, and spirit, while developing a strong yoga foundation.
